Elerte is a Polish company that has been operating in the automotive market since 2010. We are located in Poland, Turkey and the UK, and we send our products worldwide. We offer pneumatic and hydraulic brake calipers for trucks, trailers, buses, carriers for brake calipers, brake actuators, AdBlue pumps, ELERTE® repair kits for Wabco, Knorr-Bremse, Meritor, Haldex, Perrot, Bendix, Brembo and Girling brake calipers.

Elerte is a dynamic growing company that remanufactures brake calipers. Our facility expansion which includes factory buildings and warehouse, is a step to increase process efficiency and its better control. This change will ensure that we will continuously offer the highest quality products in shorter delivery time.
Automatization of production line is the next step in our growth. The equipment and machines, which are necessary for this process, are designed exclusively for Elerte, taking into account all the requirements needed to maintain the highest quality of brake calipers while increasing work efficiency. In response to market needs we take all actions to increase daily production.
OUR PRODUCTS
Our company is providing the highest quality of certified, remanufactured products. Experience we have is allowing us to provide the longest warranty (25 months) on the market. We are also buyers strongly focused on purchasing used components to refurbishing.
Pneumatic & Hydraulic Calipers
Using the old cores, we make completely new calipers. We have the capability of making any brand of OE parts refurbished for professional use.
Air Valves
To support the commercial vehicle‘s braking system we build the foundation for safe vehicle operations during performance. Product range includes hand brake valves, foot brake valves.
Brake Calipers Carriers
High, angled and changing forces, which act on the brake caliper carriers, require an uncopromising quality of this parts. We remanufacture them with attension to every detail.
Repair Kits
We provide premium quality of repair kits, such as the highest HRC standard of manufactured steel components. The bushings and seals for calipers is giving excellent quality repairs.
AdBlue Pumps
We support the remanufacturing of AdBlue pumps. We offer repair service on electronic and pneumatic parts of every Euro V and Euro VI product available on the market.
Nox Sensors
NOX sensors are one of the most important part in the AdBlue system. A faulty ones may disturb operation of the entire instalation. We offer remanufacturing all brands of them.
The remanufacturing processes begin with the purchase and import old core units of brake calipers, valves, AdBlue pumps or NOX sensors to the factory.
