Personal data administrator:
The controller of your personal data is Elerte Poland Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Mieronice, Mieronice 160, 28-366 Małogoszcz (hereinafter referred to as Elerte Poland Sp. z o. o.).
Purposes and basis of data processing:
Your personal data will be processed:
- for the purposes of the recruitment process or for the purposes of future recruitment processes in the event of appropriate consent – the basis for processing is the applicable legal regulations, in particular the Labor Code (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR) and consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR),
- for the purpose of defending possible claims, which constitutes a legitimate interest of the data controller (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR),
- in the remaining scope – on the basis of consent, if given (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR).
Data recipients:
Data may be shared with entities authorized by law. Entities supporting Elerte Poland Sp. z o. o. in terms of IT services and infrastructure may also have access to the data.
Data storage period:
Personal data will be stored for a period of 12 months from the date of completion of the recruitment process or until the withdrawal of consent to future recruitment processes or until the expiry of any claims – depending on which event occurs later.
Rights of the data subject:
You have the right to:
- access to personal data, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing and data transfer,
- object to the processing of personal data,
- withdraw consent at any time – withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal,
- lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority (PUODO – President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
Voluntary provision of data:
Providing personal data required by law, particularly the Labor Code, is mandatory. Providing other data is voluntary.
Transfer of data to third countries:
Elerte Poland Sp. z o. o. generally does not transfer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When using IT providers whose servers are located outside the EEA, data is transferred based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Automated decision making:
Elerte Poland Sp. z o. o. does not make decisions in an automated manner, including through profiling.
